2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 ½ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sugar
¼-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
¼ tsp oregano
4 medium potatoes (sliced)
Olive oil
*Mix all dry ingredients in a gallon Ziploc bag. Add oil and potatoes. Bake on foiled lined pan at 400 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes. Turn potato wedges over halfway during cooking time.
