CHIP ON A TIN ROOF (aka- Chocolate Chip Banana Bread)

1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp ground all-spice
3 ripe mashed bananas
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. applesauce
2/3 c. brown sugar
½ c. eggs
½ c. chocolate chips
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat nonstick 8x4 loaf pan with cooking spray. Mix dry ingredients. In separate bowl mix banana, butter, applesauce, and brown sugar. Beat with an electric mixture. Add eggs and mix 1 minute. Add dry ingredients and blend together. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake 50-60 minutes. Cool 10-15 minutes.
