TUSCAN GREEN SALAD

1 pkg. torn romaine lettuce

1 tomato, cut into thin wedges

¼ c. sliced black olives

½ c. Italian dressing

¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese

½ c. croutons

* Toss lettuce, tomatoes, and olives in bowl. Add dressing; toss lightly. Sprinkle with cheese and croutons. May enhance flavor with pickled pepperoncini peppers.
