1 c. water
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 ½ tsp white sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. dried rosemary
2 ½ c. bread flour
1 ½ tsp. active dry yeast
* Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer and press “DOUGH” cycle. Remove dough from machine, punch down, and shape into an oval onto greased baking stone. Use a knife to make small decorative slits on top of dough. Let rise till double. (To speed up rising process, may place dough in oven at the lowest setting.) Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until light brown. Can mist with water spray up to three times during baking to provide a soft bread with crispy crust. Serve with a dip of fresh cracked black pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
